Prepare: Strategy & Planning
In order to execute a great digital strategy, you first need one! In a preparation phase, it is meaningful to think about the market, your organization, the business strategy, and budget allocation. On this first day of the bootcamp, you will diligently map out trends, buyer personas, business models, your stakeholders, users, core values, etc. You will determine your strategy and concentrate on SWOT-analysis, Product-Marketing Fit, Empathy Mapping, Market Research, Product Innovation, numbers in digital marketing technologies, etc.
The venue will be filled with post-its and canvasses!

Run: Customer Journey & Digital (Content) Marketing Strategy and Tactics
Once you have defined your strategy, you need to execute on it with the best tools and tactics. This will be the brunt of day 2, where you will focus on the journey of your customer(s) in your specific industry. By the end of the day, you’ll have an overview of the customer experience, you’ll have learned a lot about conversion and you’ll be able to prioritize specific touchpoints.
Clo will fine-tune with you which digital content works with your customer. She will tackle social media channels and talk about the importance of storytelling.
You’ll be all set up for your next campaign and/or content plan.

Optimize: Measuring Success
In order to know the success of your digital marketing strategy, you need to be able to measure its results. On this third day of the bootcamp, it is time to look at the metrics, analytics, dashboard, and objectives. Clo will talk about the optimization of conversions, the optimization on search engines and on mobile. Moreover, you will see how you can growth hack your business!
Wait, what is growth hacking? What does this all mean? What is the difference between all these terms? You will find out on this last day!
