In this trajectory, you will get a full immersion into growth hacking and marketing to boost your business to the next level.

Your ticket gives you access to the following Program:

Session 1: Introduction To Growth Marketing on 4th March 2020 from 9 AM to 6 PM 

A group session for all selected EYnovation startups about the following topics:

  1. Introduction To Growth Marketing

  2. Negative Thinking: Be Your Worst Customer Framework Theory

  3. Negative Thinking: Be Your Worst Customer Framework Exercise

  4. GrowForce Growth Marketing Canvas Theory

  5. GrowForce Growth Marketing Canvas Exercise

  6. Wrap-up and delegate campaign tasks to be prepared by EYnovation startups for the individual workshops

Session 2: Individual Workshops - Private Appointments on 18th March 2020

Each start-up will get a personal 2 hour workshop to help combine campaigns and make a detailed plan for execution that is specific to them. Startups have to execute that plan in the following 4 weeks.

Session 3: Individual sessions on appointment for strategic market entry 

Schedule a 1:1 session with a market entry and strategy expert to look further into how your growth marketing plans tie into your business vision and market entry. This will include consulting who is your competition, what your customer wants and how you can better position your self in the market. 

Session 4: Individual sessions on appointment for branding and marketing 

Schedule a 1:1 session with a marketing and branding expert to ensure that all your visuals are in check. Achieving the best possible result of your growth marketing campaign through a holistic view on marketing, strategy and branding. 

Session 5: Individual Campaign Analysis & Review - Private Appointments on 22nd April 2020

A final review of to analyze, review and restructure the growth marketing campaigns as well as ensure that all your questions are answered 

Session 6: Final Reception on May 6th from 6 PM to 9 PM

Celebrate and show off what you have achieved over the last few weeks. Present your experiment, campaigns and learnings to your peers and build a community for future brainstorming. 

What to expect as an outcome of this bootcamp?

A Growth Marketing Strategy Action Plan: This action plan contains tailor-made growth marketing best-practices and detailed plan that can be directly implemented by the EYnovation startups.

Lower CAC: Integrating sales automation and continuously tweaking outreach to new segments will reduce the cost per generated lead/trial dramatically, resulting in a lower total customer acquisition cost.

Low-cost scaling to new markets and products: Growth marketing prepares for serious, but low-cost scaling. The "lead generation engine" will be ready to cover for your ambition to conquer new markets and to testdrive new products or services, without the heavy investment in extra sales resources. Just feed your "lead generation engine" with quality data and tailor-made value propositions. Invest in sales people when your capacity to follow-up on the generated leads is fully used.

Branding by professional personalization: Prospects not directly converted will still welcome and appreciate being contacted, because of the professional and personalized approach. Setting up sequences will create momentum, build brand awareness and generate incremental website traffic for EYnovation startups.

More and faster feedback loops: Because of the methodology we will implement, EYnovation startups will get faster and more feedback from cold contacts on the value of it's products/services; even negative replies are of important value for further product development and/or tweaking sequences.

Therefore this workshop is part of our EYnovation program execution for VLAIO and is as such open to all Flanders-registered start-ups. In function of the audience, the workshop will be given in Dutch or English.
