Putting a valuation on your startup... It is a tricky subject!

Startup valuation, as frustrating as this may be for anyone looking for a definitive answer, is, in fact, a relative science, and not an exact one. If you are trying to raise capital for your start-up company, or you're thinking of putting money into one, it's important to determine the company's worth.

Therefore, EY has designed this hands-on workshop, to introduce you to both classic valuation methods (and their limitations), and more unconventional valuation methods.

Afterwards, we’ll deep dive into the results of a large market study on the valuation methods most frequently used by Belgian Venture capitalists. This may help you both in determining your valuation and during negotiations with investors.
