EY colleagues pitched their innovative ideas to EY Belgium Leadership at the Antwerp wavespace.
In September 2019, The Factory challenged EY’s Leadership which Better Questions they would ask in order to future-proof EY.
During a national internal campaign the following months, every EY colleague could give their Better Answers (aka innovative ideas) to leadership’s 5 selected Better Questions.
THE BIG PITCH offered a stage to the 10 best ideas to innovate EY.
The jury challenged the pitchers on feasibility, business model and scalability.
Congrats to Sarah Van Veen, winning the contest! Her idea will be further developed by The Factory.
A major applause to every other pitcher as well: Nicolas Valette, Jason Desutter, Céline Rossavik, Matthias Rems, Laurens Vansteelant, Ewoud Bogaert, Christian Abendroth, and Christoph Van Woensel.
While the jury deliberated, attendees could follow introductions to The Factory’s innovation trainings such as Design Thinking, Business Model Innovation and Agile.
Much appreciation to the jury members, The Factory Crew, and everyone who attended this inspiring event.
