The Factory is a fast-growing startup within EY, enabling innovators at every level. Together with our EY colleagues, we build an innovative culture within the company that stimulates a mindset of change. We translate business challenges into technical solutions and train the EY workforce in innovative thinking.

We learn from these experiences to enable our clients in their own innovation projects. If possible, we open up the process to our community of startups & scale-ups, whom we help to grow their business via the EYnovation™ program.

All of this in an EY-backed environment, fully exposed to its available expertise, tools and huge international network. Collaboration and cross-enablement between corporate clients, startups and EY is what we do best. Our activities come to life in the EY wavespace™ in Antwerp. This innovation space is specifically designed to facilitate (open) innovation projects and connected to the 19 other wavespaces across the world.
