The interns had to send in a creative 30 to 60 seconds video about their internship at EY. In the video Bram, fullstack development intern at the Wavespace, and Louise, who’s working on the EYnovation program, express their passions, motivation and their drive to create a positive impact. They are both highly excited to join the conference and are very eager to broaden their insights and business skills.

At The Factory we strive for entrepreneurship, teamplay, and excellence. Our motivated interns Bram Vanhoutte (ICT student at Odisee) and Louise Foulon (idea & innovation management student at Erasmushogeschool Brussel) successfully implemented these values in their participation in the EY International Intern Leadership Conference 2019 (IILC) contest. On March 27th 2019 Bram and Louise were awarded by EY as Belgium’s top candidates!
The IILC is an annual conference held in Orlando, Florida. During the conference, the best interns from around the world are brought together to learn about EY’s vision and strategy, to network with peers and to meet EY’s global leaders. The conference hosts a variety of general sessions and workshops, allowing interns to really focus on their professional development.
